GOTS Skarner's passive stun particles seem off/unfinished?
Not sure if it's just me but I just saw a friend of mine try the new Skarner skin on the PBE and while I really like the skin and will almost certainly buy it (only just got Skarner, and was disappointed at the time that none of his skins really struck me as something I'd use a lot), I was surprised by how poor the passive stun particle seemed to be.
It didn't really seem properly hooked up. He was clearing the jungle camps and upon stunning anything from Gromp to the Brambleback, instead of the standard "completely crystalised" particle where (in the classic skin) the monster is turned totally blue, instead I just saw small growths of green jewels on them, particularly Gromp which seemed to have them sprouting out of its head. It was quite honestly difficult to actually notice the particles because they're so small and (seemingly?) randomly placed, and you have a lot of stuff going on between Skarner himself and his HP bar, etc, to be able to see them.
It made things quite unclear for me as regards whether I'd actually stunned anything, but what I'm wondering is: is this on purpose? Are the particles finished? Are they bugged? Is it design for the entire model of the enemy to no longer be crystalised? Any sort of explanation on his stun particles would be nice. Like I said, love the skin, but this lets it down a bit for me.
