Ever had that last person who had Project: Leona but picked Janna instead? The full skin team except for that one person?
We all hate this. However it would be nice to flaunt skins during pick phase. This would be disabled in Ranked though, too distracting.

Same myself. It could lead to much more fun draft comps because of it, and the skin fans who RP in game would love it too since they can see the enemy skin. Discluding it in ranked draft so people don't feel the need to play a champion they're not good at to join a skin team.
