[Skin Idea] - Haunted Vel'Koz

Hi there -

I'm not a great artist so I can't provide my own concept drawings for this idea, but I think it would be really cool to have a ghostly Vel'Koz skin.

For his personal looks I think he could be similar to the nocturne skin where he has a fiendish classic ghoul type look (white sheet horrified style) with his tentacles as ghostly limbs (possible skeleton type arms)

Q - He could shoot out a ghost that howls when it splits into two ghosts W - Digs a grave then ghosts explode/rise out of the ground E - Ghosts pop up out of the ground of some kind R - Light blue/gray color lazer with howling and ghosts rising up

Just a thought!
