Champion Idea: Val, the Enchantress

She is a basic mage/support. The names of the powers are listed at the bottom.

Q- heals champions 30 points (increases by 25 points). It also creates a shield that lasts 3.5 seconds.

W- enemies are 25% weaker (increases by 5% per level) both to psychical and magical damage.

E- Val summons orbiting hearts that attack enemies who get to close. The damage inflicted on enemies heals Val.

R- allies receive a massive heal, barrier, and increased damage output, while enemies are used to fuel those barriers with their lives. The targets are hit with a series of "chains" (surround attack, similar to Morgana's ult). If the enemy cannot escape the area under 3.5 seconds they receive a stun.

Passive: the team receives a increase to health and mana regen.

Let me know if you guys like this idea as well as my other idea. Val would have an appearance similar to that of Ashe's love one (can't remember the name). She wouldn't carry a weapon, like Morgana. Her hair is fiery red with emerald green eyes. Her color scheme are reds, pinks, and creme whites.

So, I added this section after reading some other character creations and noticed Val was missing these concepts.

Her friends would be . Morgana because they are both power-mad in my opinion, a little on the naughty side of things. Miss Fortune because of their looks, smarts, and powerful natures. Her enemies are really anyone in the game that tries to belittle her.

*A successful ult is that champions fall under 50% health or die. Also, it has to this to at least 2-3 champions.

This is a more detailed appearance of Val. She uses her looks to her advantage as well as her magical abilities. Val wears a tight corset and mini skirt. The straps are long and lacy (a nice pink) that fall around her shoulders. The body of the corset is laced with reds, pinks and whites. The mini-skirt is a perfect creme white. It is decorated with a heart patch on her right thigh. Her hair is nicely curled and layered with a bright red heart clip. Her eyelashes are thick and dark to help bring out her eyes. Her lips are glossed a subtle pink. She also wears thigh-high boots (heeled).
