LORE http://orig02.deviantart.net/712e/f/2013/165/e/d/kakapo_booty_by_doingwell-d6936fw.jpg Bubb, a unique specimen (or species as of late) spawned from the ancient Rune Wars, is a unique species of parrot within the Kumungu Jungle that is actually flightless. Long, long, long ago, Bubb's species had no predators within the Kumungu Jungle since they lived within a strange valley within the jungle that could not be entered by an creature due to the dangerous creatures and environmental hazards around it. Plus, there was no entrance to the valley, it was a straight down drop, like some strange artificial hole. However, plant life existed within the valley and so did Bubb's species, so they lived within the hole. They lived peacefully, that is, until the Rune Wars. When the Rune Wars began, their valley was nearly destroyed. Raging kingdoms obliterated much of the Kumungu Jungle, including all of Bubb's species except for himself. However, upon walking through the wasteland left by the World Runes, Bubb was affected biologically. He himself would never know however. With the valley opened up by the Rune Wars, magical beasts began to enter the valley and, eventually, they killed Bubb. However, upon death, more of Bubb would appear. Where one stood, two appeared. The beasts would continuously feast upon the flightless bird until their stomach's could hold no more and there was no an army of Bubbs. With all their might, the Bubbs drove off the beasts and reclaimed their valley. None of them knew that they were clones of an original Bubb, but they did not care. They went off to survive in the new Runeterra that was left after the Rune Wars. Rapidly spreading across the planet, Bubb eventually became the most common creature on the planet. His species was known far and wide as the most common, yet dumbest species on the planet. Mages all around were tasked with disenchanting Bubbs before their kind spread too far, but none could reverse the effects of a World Rune. Bubb was here to stay and people had to get creative with how to control their spreading. Many in Piltover used Stasis Vaults where they would freeze every Bubb they found forever. Noxus sent the Bubbs they found to the volcano, where the Bubbs would find themselves in an endless cycle of drowning in lava. Cruel, but is was necessary since the Bubbs would eventually spread too much and exhaust the planet's resources if they weren't stopped early on. Demacia would throw the birds into the ocean, hoping another kingdom would deal with them since they could not find a way to deal with them. Zaun caged the birds and used their unique nature to test potions and machinery. In Bilgewater, the Bubb became a common pet for the "upper class", mainly being a sign that you were a captain or part of a famous crew. Finally, in the Shadow Isles, the birds would not multiply on death, but instead their soul would multiply into many other souls. With all of these population limiting ways of disposal, the threat of the Bubb has decreased over time. However, many of the most powerful Mages in the world still in their spare time research on how to remove the multiplying nature of the birds. In the words of Ryze, "These birds are nothing but an annoying pest that must, eventually, be dealt with."

KIT Bubb, the Multiplying Menace Main Role: UNIQUE Assassin Secondary Role: N/A Health- 100 (+25 per level) Health Regen.- 2 (+0.1 per level) Armor- 6 (+1 per level) Magic Resist- 15 (+0 per level) Movement Speed- 375 Attack Damage- 3 (+0.5 per level) Attack Speed- 0.75 (+7.5% per level) Attack Range- 125 (Melee)

Passive- Multiplying Madness Innate- Multiply: On death, after a 3 second delay, 1/2/3/4 (+1 per 100 AP) Bubbs will spawn that will move to attack-move to a random spot on the map, heavily favoring the enemy's side of the map. These clones also trigger this passive on death if they are killed by anything other than an enemy champion or enemy structure, but the delay will be increased to 15 seconds and each clone past the first will have it's movement speed reduced by 30%. Otherwise, these Bubbs are identical to the normal Bubb. Bubb does not count as an enemy champion, instead counting as a melee minion in almost every way. His experience bounty is 15% of a melee minion's and he can only be hurt by abilities that damage minions. Bubb and his clones only reward 1 gold for being killed. Bubb does, however, gain gold and experience the same as a champion. Everything Bubb's clones kill will give him gold, but only Bubb himself can gain experience. However, if Bubb is currently dead at the time, his oldest clone will gather experience for him. If that clone dies, the next oldest will gather experience, and so on and so forth. Bubb also passively gains 0.4% of the experience needed to level up every second, while dead or alive. Bubb's respawn timer is reduced by 20/30/40/50%. Innate- Too Dumb to Use: Bubb cannot gain any bonus stats except for Ability Power, Cool Down Reduction, and Movement Speed. He also does not make use of UNIQUE passives from items. He can use item Actives however. Innate- Too Fat to Do Nothing: Bubb must level Hidden Viciousness first. Once the game has gone on for at least 180 seconds/3 minutes, if Bubb has not ate an enemy unit through Hidden Viciousness or respawned within the last 45 seconds, all of his abilities except for Hidden Viciousness will be Silenced. Levels: 1/6/11/16

Ability 1- Rune Eggs Passive: When Bubb or one his clones die, they will explode, dealing 5/10/15/20/25 (+3% AP) magic damage to nearby enemy units and slowing them by 60/65/70/75/80% for 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds. Active: Bubb lays a Rune Egg where he currently is and then hops a short distance in the direction of his cursor. After a 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 second delay, a Bubb clone will hatch from the Rune Egg and attack-move to a random location on the map, heavily favoring the enemy's side of the map. The Rune Egg can be destroyed with 2/2/2/3/3 basic attacks. Cool Down: 18/15/12/9/6 seconds Range: 450 Dash Speed: 1350

Ability 2- Weird Chuckle Passive: When Bubb or one of his clones are attacked with a basic attack, their attacker is applied Grievous Wounds for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds. Active: Bubb lets out a weird sounding chuckle, dealing 20/35/50/65/80 (+15% AP) magic damage to nearby enemy units and increasing the damage Bubb and his clones deal to affected enemy units by 4/8/12/16/20% (+2% per 100 AP) for the next 4.5 seconds. Cool Down: 10 seconds Range: 450

Ability 3- Hidden Viciousness Passive: Upon basic attacking an enemy minion or small neutral monster that is below 50/75/100/125/150 (+25% AP) health, Bubb and his clones will gobble down the attacked minion or small monster, instantly killing them and healing the Bubb who hate the unit for 30/35/40/45/50% (+5% per 100 AP) of their max health. Active: Bubb's next basic attack will trigger Hidden Viciousness even if the target is not below the health threshold. Cool Down: 14/12/10/8/6 seconds

Ultimate- Quick Little Pests Passive: After not taking damage for 5 seconds, Bubb and his clones will gain 30/55/80% (+4% per 100 AP) bonus movement speed and begin to regenerate 5/7.5/10% (+1% per 100 AP) of their max health every second. This effect is disabled if Bubb has not ate an enemy unit through Hidden Viciousness within the last 45 seconds. Active: Bubb gains 100/150/200% (+20/45/70% per 100 AP) increased base movement and base attack speed for 3/4.25/5.5 seconds, decaying over the duration. During this time, he is immune to slows and gains 50/65/80 Tenacity. His attack speed cap is removed during this time. Cool Down: 80/55/30 seconds

Passive seems a bit OP. Also Bubbacting like a minion is just stupid, plain stupid. You can trade with someone and GAIN from dying becuse they get liek 15% of a melee minion exp, and some gold whereas you have now got 4 of yourself roaming the map which will never stop. Bubb clones shouldnt trigger the passive thats just stupid as fuck
