FRIENDLY Reminder that Texture Rebalances are NOT Texture Updates

Also, they're NOT done by the Champion Update team, so their work on older looking Champs is not (necessarily) being delayed because of these rebalances.

Yes, that means that these champions have NOT yet received proper texture updates and that means they are still on the list to receive one:

So just because you see they've received a "texture rebalance" doesn't mean that's all they're getting. :) It just means they'll look nicer on the new Summoner's Rift, which is the whole reason for the rebalancing in the first place.
