Wouldn't it be great if when a jungler camped a lane the client would pick up on it and make a little fire in nearby brush. Just like a little visual effect for fun [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

I think he means as an all the time thing, even when the jungler isn't there. And for it trigger, it would need to happen a lot, so the lane should already know what's happening. If they don't, I don't think a special icon is going to help them.

Could just have an icon in lane that has been camped the most, without it signifying anyone is there just to represent they were there. Kinda like how we get an icon to show where wards were but not where they are (tiny red/blue dots).
