Im not going to go into details because I want this skin to happen. It'd be super cool if Number 30, Illaoi, could take to the court in her Bilgewater jersey! Please riot please! I don't want credit for this I just want the skin.

Flaming orange tentacles, similar to the flaming basketballs Darius uses for his VFX.

I would put wristbands on them. Not a major change but it'd be cool :3

hm has the same problem like a different idea. someone wanted a baseball themed one with batts as the tentacles but riot likes the wobbly animation of the tentacles which gets lost with solid objects

I have an idea:

Illaoi is wearing a jersey, her tentacles are fans that throw food at enemy champions(within their range). Her ult could be like Darius's ult except more fans spawn and throw food at the enemies
