Champion Idea: Siren Queen

I recently had an awesome idea for a new champion. Meet Meladona, The Siren Queen, and her gameplay is built around the charm debuff. She is a ranged mage with a very high combo potential, and might even be a little bit too overpowered. However I can't concentrate on anything else unless I post this idea. Below is what her abilities would look like.

Passive: Siren Song Basic attacks will apply stacks of Siren Song to enemy champions. Enemy champions will be charmed upon the third stack.

**Q: Sirenade **(siren+serenade pun) Cone Attack Deals moderate magic damage and applies a stack of Siren Song to each champion hit.

W: Vicious Current Target Area of Effect Turns a target area into a patch of white water rapids, dealing minor magic damage and slowing all enemies standing in the area. Charmed enemies will be dealt bonus % max health damage and have the duration of their charm debuff refreshed with each damage tick.

E: Come Hither Dash Dashes a set distance, then gain bonus attack and movement speed for a few seconds. CD is reset whenever the siren queen charms an enemy champion.

R: Shipwreck Rocks Traps on a charge system Place a trap that is visible to everyone at target location. When an enemy unit triggers the trap, it will take heavy magic damage and be knocked back while all units near it will take half the damage and be slowed. The triggered trap then becomes a small piece of impassable terrain. Charmed units will take true damage instead of magic damage and have the charm debuff removed.
