Character Visual Description: Roughly 124 cm tall (under 4'2") standing upright on two legs, appears similar to how Lamb from Kindred looks. Male, similar style to a French Standard Poodle, very obvious void-born creature, but is fluffy rather than hard and shiny like Kog'Maw/Kha'Zix. More sophisticated for a void creature, more proper, has the ability to wield powerful magic that utilizes void ooze and acid. His attacks are absorbing energy from the atmosphere around him and condensing it into dark-purple plasma orbs ready to destroy his foes.

Fon'Pa can run quick and jump high.

Brief Lore: Fon'Pa [fohn (long 'o' sound) - pah] is an artist from the void, coming to Runeterra in seek of creating his masterpiece! The beauty of his work comes best from his hunger from life around him, and able to take the colour it offers to paint his paintings in graved in stone, mountains, buildings, you name it. Human offers the most efficient supply of "paint", but their pallet is limited with yellows, whites, blacks, reds, browns, and sometimes a small amount of green or blue, at least they offer sustenance and a tasty treat with their meat.

Usually Fon'Pa goes for the plant life, so he spends a lot of time in Runeterra's forests, especially the flowers since they offer the most variety for a colour pallet, though they are very inefficient since they give very little colour to use. If there is a ever a battle however then Fon'Pa will be there, ready to create an unstable spectrum of energy that he controls, unleashing a powerful plasma beam below it, painting the battlefield with death as he destroys thousands of souls. Afterwards, he consumes and feasts on the dead to both quench his desire for more colours and quench his hunger for a good meal at the same time.

Legend has it that every time a battle breaks out and Fon'Pa was there to end it, a painting is formed on a mountain side. The painting is also said to reveal what Fon'Pa was experiencing internally at the time while slaughtering the soldiers.

Quick Character Description:

Fon'Pa is a mage that can be played in the middle lane, duo-lane damage dealer, or as support. His unique trait is using Paint instead of Mana, this means he has no Paint regeneration in the same way as Mana regeneration, but whenever he damages an enemy champion or epic monster, or when enemies die near him (whether he kills them or not) he restores Paint that way; restoring paint from blood and death around him, isn't it wonderful!

One of his unique and most fun abilities to use is the "painter's ability" where you control an object simply by moving your mouse around and it will follow, painting death below it in many beautiful colours! This has a set movement speed so the power is fair no matter the user's mouse speed, so it is something that follows your mouse if your mouse is faster than the unstable energy, also makes it for the enemy can avoid being struck by not all of it.

Fon'Pa uses Paint for his resource for his abilities. Paint cannot regenerate passively, instead it is only restored by 3% of his maximum Paint whenever something dies near him, 15% max Paint restored for takedowns. The Summoner Fountain restores 10% max Paint per 0.25 second.

Fon'Pa restores 10/15/20/25/30 Paint per second while swimming in paint. Fon'Pa can leap over terrain if there is paint on the ground on the other side while already swimming in paint, max 400 range leap. Fon'Pa will also leap out of paint by being commanded to move to a location not covered in paint.

Fon'Pa's resistances are halved while he is currently swimming in paint.

Void Paint (E): Cooldown: 8 seconds; Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 Paint; Range: 800 units / 70 degrees Fon'Pa oozes out colourful void "magic" in the target direction, dealing 5/5.5/6/6.5/7%(+2% per 100AP) of struck enemies' max health as magic damage and slowing enemies within this "magic" by 25/30/35/40/45% and grounding them, remaining at the location for 4 seconds.

If Fon'Pa moves through Void Paint then he consumes it where he moves through, gaining up to 80/100/120/140/160(+80%AP) shield for 2 seconds and causing his next basic attack to deal up to 5/5.5/6/6.5/7%(+2% per 100AP) of his target's max health as bonus magic damage. If the target has a full colour palette then it is stunned for up to 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 seconds. At least 600 units of Void Paint must be consumed for maximum effect.

The Masterpiece (R): Cooldown: 130/110/90 seconds; Cost: 100 + 75% current Paint; Range: 650 units Fon'Pa leaps into the air for 1 second, becoming untargetable during this time, and then smashes down to let out all of his colours at once, dealing 90/110/130(+50%AP) true damage plus bonus magic damage equal to 60/65/70%(+10% per 100AP) of the Paint consumed against struck enemies.

P.S. "Magic" is used in Void Paint because it is colourful vomit, and then Fon'Pa gets stronger for one basic attack by consuming his void vomit that he spewed in the target direction in a cone. Deadly, beautiful, and disgusting way to kill you all at the same time!
