R - Frozen Will RANGE: 1000 COST: 100 MANA COOLDOWN: 120 / 100 / 80 ACTIVE - Persephone calls down ancient frost on a 250 radius location, dealing damage to enemies and putting their spells on cooldown stasis for a 2.25 seconds. (Cooldown stasis meaning that if a spell is on cooldown, the cooldown stays where it was for the duration. This includes natural cooldown time as well as things that reduce cooldowns like Karma's passive or Ezreal's Q. If a spell is available, it can still be cast, however it's cooldown will not decrease from the maximum until cooldown stasis is over) MAGIC DAMAGE: 150 / 250 / 350 (+ 75% AP)

Thoughts on Persephone

So Persephone is supposed to be a survivable mage that brings amazing utility to her team and can decimate teamfights. With her passive she can survive ganks early on as well as reposition herself in teamfights if she gets caught out. Her Q is the core of her kit, as with it she can decimate tanks who are otherwise very difficult to stop. Her W is a great farming, scouting, and teamfight tool. Her E also helps her and her teammates escape ganks and skirmishes they do not want to be a part of. And her ult is honestly just something I think is really cool. The concept of cooldown statis is pretty neat, cause it can really give your team a huge 2.25 second advantage that is different from any other form of CC. While stuns and roots can knock out enemies for a while, their cooldowns are still going down so soon they'll be able to unload. WIth the cooldown statis, for 2.25 seconds they are basically just wasting their time while your team dominates. These numbers might be a little sloppy but overall I think the concept of the champion is pretty cool. She has a lot of new aspects completely unseen in league of legends that would be really cool to see!
