Constatine - The Protector of Light
P - Imbue Constantine gains .05 mana per 5 for every 1 AD (100 AD = 5 mana per 5) and Constantine gains .025 mana per 5 for every AP he has (200 AP = 5 mana per 5)
Q - Light Shot ACTIVE: Constantine Fires a bolt of light in a straight line, dealing Physical damage and applying on hit effects to the first enemy it hits. If the shot hits an enemy champion, Constantine gets a stack of precision for 12 seconds (Max 10 stacks). Each stack of precision increases the amount of damage the next light shot deals by 10%. If Constantine misses, he loses all stacks. If he hits a minion the duration is refreshed, but he will not gain additional stacks. At 10 stacks he gains 10% cooldown reduction, 10%movement speed, and bonus AD. W - Speed of Light Constantine stores a charge of Speed of Light every few seconds with a max of 2 charges. Recharge is affected by cooldown reduction ACTIVE: Constatine quickly dashes to target location RANGE: 500 COST: 40 STATIC COOLDOWN: 1 RECHARGE TIME: 25 / 22.5 / 20 / 17.5 / 15
E - Spear bomb Constantine throws a light spear, dealing damage to all enemies it passes through. On the 3rd enemy hit on upon recast, the spear detonates, dealing damage to all enemies around the detonation point (enemies cannot be hit twice). EXPLOSION DAMAGE: 70 / 120 / 170 / 220 / 270 (65%AP) RANGE: 1000 DETONATION RADIUS: 250 COST: 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 COOLDOWN: 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 NOTE: Deals 1/2 damage to minions
R - Might of the Sun ACTIVE: Constantine channels for 1.5 seconds, and lets out the energy he has, damaging all enemies in a huge radius around him. enemies have their vision reduced to 650 for 3 seconds (like nocturne's ult). Each enemy champion he hits gives him a stack of Precision. MAGIC DAMAGE: 200 / 350 / 500 (+ 80% AP) RANGE: 750 COST: 100 / 150 / 200 COOLDOWN: 150 / 135 / 120 NOTE: If Nocturne has used his ult in the last 10 seconds, the vision reduction will not be applied / vice versa
Gameplay notes: Constantine is a lot like ezreal. He is a skill level champion that has be played as an ADC or an AP Mid, although the way I designed him was to be played as an ADC. His laning all depends on the ability to land his Q's. If he can land enough Q's they should start to chunk the opponent. He can dash toward the opponent, Q, and dash back out of harms way. However, since he won't be building too much cooldown reduction he could only do this every 50 seconds. It also has a pretty high mana cost. Even with his passive it won't be enough to sustain him in the early game, as he won't have that much more than 100 AD and 5 mana per 5 won't be enough. His E is a way I made him an AP castor. His Q wouldn't work as well in a 1v1 lane, so if he was playing mid it would be best if he leveled his E. It could be used to farm and harass, but if he's building AD it isn't that great of an ability. His ult is game changing, especially if he builds AP. It has a huge radius, and the enemies only have 1.5 seconds to try and run away or try to stop him from channeling. If played well, he has already gained 5 stacks of Precision and can melt enemies with his abilities and basic attacks. If he gets to 10 stacks of precision he is very dangerous. If played as an ADC he would pair really well with someone like Lulu or Morgana. Thoughts?
