Q Seeking Orb RANGE: 700 || COST: 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 MANA || COOLDOWN: 11 ACTIVE: Helena fires a small Orb of lightning that tracks target enemy and Roots them for 1.25 seconds by 60%. If on its way to the target it encounters an enemy unit, it is a stun instead. MAGIC DAMAGE: 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+ 55% AP)
W THUNDER CLAP Range: 850 || Cost 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 /110 || COOLDOWN: 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10
ACTIVE: Helena Claps an area, shocking all enemies in a 250 radius, and marking them for 5 seconds. If the enemy is crowd controlled, they receive additional magic damage and their crowd control is extended by .25 seconds. MAGIC DAMAGE: 55 / 90 / 125 / 160 / 195 (+50%AP) MARK DAMAGE: 30 / 55 / 80 / 105 / 130 (+25%AP) TOTAL DAMAGE: 85 / 145 / 205 / 265 / 325 (+75%AP)

ACTIVE: Helena Shields a target Ally for 4 seconds. If the shield is broken, the cloud will burst and a gust of wind will come out from behind the allied champion, pushing away all enemy champions (kinda like Syndra’s scatter the weak )dealing damage to them and slowing them by 25%.

R Final Lightning
RANGE: 950 || COST: 100 || COOLDOWN: 130 / 110 / 90
ACTIVE: Helena unleashes a huge ball of lighting on a target area of 400 radius. All enemies in that radius immediately receive damage. Furthermore, for the next 4 seconds, they are more susceptible to crowd controls, increasing the duration of all crowd controls on. After the 4 seconds are up, they slowed by 50% for 1.25 seconds and receive more damage (actually 1.5 seconds). MAGIC DAMAGE: 100 / 150 / 200 (+37.5% AP) (each instance) TOTAL MAGIC DAMAGE: 200 / 300 / 400 (+75% AP) CROWD CONTROL AMPLIFICATION: 15 / 17.5 / 20%

thoughts:
Helena is an AOE control mage / support that thrives off of building pure damage and being a huge threat to the enemy team and honestly would be a lot of fun to play. She has a lot of great poke potential with her W Q combo. She also has amazing potential for teamfights. For example, if she flashes in and hits everyone with her ult, if you had a sejuani / amumu / morgana on your team, they could follow up with their ultimate and it would be even more powerful and you could decimate enemies. She has no real escapes other than her shield (which really isn't even that good of an escape) and she isnt very good at farming. At the end of the day though, I would thoroughly enjoy playing Helena as she has a lot to bring to the table, and she has a really unique ability set with a lot of power do completely change summoners rift.
