[Champion Concept] Pui, the Shaman of Balance
I've had some downtime at work over the past few months and spent a lot of my idle moments designing league champs. I have around 20 champs now pretty well laid out. I am going to begin posting them in hopes that someone from Riot takes notice as i would love to be a champion designer for Riot.
I am trying my hand at all roles and varying levels of difficulty/complexity. All the numbers are just things i threw together and although i did attempt to make things relatively balanced i'm positive the numbers could use some work. Also, i do have lore for many of the champs but have decided to not include it in favor of post brevity.
#Pui - The Shaman of Balance
Game Role: Support(ranged)
P: Well of Life: 30% maxHP cap | no cost | 500 range | 60s cooldown When Pui heals himself or an ally champion his Well of Life will fill. When Pui drops below 40% HP the well will burst healing Pui for the full amount in his well and surrounding ally champions for 50% of that. After bursting, the well will not refill for 30 seconds and cannot burst again for 1 minute. -- Tethered Ally: Will be healed for 100% instead of 50% -- Tethered Enemy: No effect
Q: Soul Ring: 10/14/18/22/26(+10% AP), 60/84/108/132/156(+60% AP) total | 550 range | 40/50/60/70/80 mana Heals target ally or damages target enemy every 0.5 seconds for 3 seconds -- Tethered Ally: will be healed for 50% of the spell amount -- Tethered Enemy: will take damage equal to 50% of the spell amount
W: Equilibrium Wave: 60/90/120/150/180(+60% AP) | 650 range | 70 mana Pui focuses his energy and unleashes a wave in front of him that will damage all enemies it touches. Pui will gain 1% MS for each enemy minion hit and 8% MS for each enemy champion hit for 5 seconds. -- Tethered Ally: Gain a MS boost equal to Pui's for 5 seconds -- Tethered Enemy: Slowed by an equal amount for 5 seconds
E: Nether Tether[2]: - - | 600 cast range, 1000 break range | 10% slow/speed boost per stack | 3s duration | 10s cooldown | 50 mana Pui creates a link of energy between himself and a target champion. Allies who pass through the link will be sped up. Enemies who pass through the link will be slowed down. The speed boost/slow can be stacked up to 5 times and resets the duration on each stack.
R: Enlightenment: 75/150/225(+40% AP) | 600/1000 tether leash/break ranges | 600 orb cast range, 450 orb bounce range | 0.5s cast time | 150/130/110s cooldown | 100 mana After a short period of intense meditation Pui will tether to the three nearest champions while releasing an equilibrium orb that will bounce between ally and enemy champions five times. The orb will heal allies and damage enemies. A champion can only be hit directly twice at most. --Tethered Ally: Will be healed for 50% of the spell amount when an enemy is hit --Tethered Enemy: Will be damaged for 50% of the spell amount when an ally is healed
