[Champion Concept] Trixie, the Demented Seamstress
I've had some downtime at work over the past few months and spent a lot of my idle moments designing league champs. I have around 20 champs now pretty well laid out. I am going to begin posting them in hopes that someone from Riot takes notice as i would love to be a champion designer for Riot.
I am trying my hand at all roles and varying levels of difficulty/complexity. All the numbers are just things i threw together and although i did attempt to make things relatively balanced i'm positive the numbers could use some work. Also, i do have lore for many of the champs but have decided to not include it in favor of post brevity.
#Trixie - The Demented Seamstress
Game Role: Top lane mixed damage fighter(melee)
P: Stitched up: - - | no cost Trixie's AAs and spells add a stitch to enemy champions. At 4 stitches enemies will be slowed by 30% for 2 seconds. Additional stitches will add 1 second to the slow. Max 4 seconds. Will not trigger on the same target for 6 seconds after the slow ends.
Q: Binding Thread: 70/110/150/190/230(+80% AP, +40% AD) | 800 range | 12/11/10/9/8s cooldown | 50/55/60/65/70 mana Trixie shoots out a thread dealing damage in a straight line. Can hit two enemy units. If two enemy units are hit they will have a thread attached between them. If they get too far from each other the thread will break, stunning them for a 1.5s. Binding Thread can also bind an enemy champion to Mannequin, a tower, a wall or another obstacle. Deals physical damage. Adds 1 stitch to each enemy champion hit.
W: String Prison: 50/90/130/170/210(+70% AP, +50%AD) | 600 range, 300 range(cone) | 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2s snare | 16/15/14/13/12s cooldown | 40/50/60/70/80 mana Trixie throws out a net of needles and strings straight ahead that will snare the first enemy hit as well as all enemies in a cone behind them. Deals physical damage and adds 1 stitch to each enemy champion hit
E: Mannequin: 20/25/30/35/40% of Trixie's maxHP | 600 Tether Range | 60s cooldown | 70 mana Trixie creates a mannequin to aide her in battle. The puppet gains a percentage of Trixie's max HP and is attached to Trixie. It will follow her around for 20 seconds or until it is destroyed. It is controllable and can be moved around Trixie but must stay within 600 range of her. While the mannequin is active 10% of any damage Trixie takes will be transferred to the puppet. The mannequin can block projectiles and range AA. If Binding Thread or String Prison hit her puppet it will restore HP to it. Adding stitches to enemies will reduce the cooldown on Puppet. Trixie can make Mannequin flash 450 units once per summon by clicking E again.
R: Death by Sewsew: 70/110/150(+25% AP, +15% AD) per wave | 250 unit radius | 100/90/80s cooldown | 100 mana Trixie releases 5 spiral waves of needles in a circle around her. If puppet is active it will also release 5 waves around itself. An enemy unit can only be hit once per wave. Deals magic damage. Adds a stitch for each wave that hits an enemy.
** i wanted to create a mix-damage fighter to take advantage of underused items like hextech revolver however this is proving difficult to balance damage-wise as well as the type of damage each abilities deal. It could end up making her itemization very difficult or very inefficient. I'm going to play with the numbers on this champion a bit more and may end up making her a straight ap champ, i would like any thoughts on this please.
