Past skins event
How about if riot brings all these legacy skins back to the game for a short period of time , so we can have a chance to buy them? i don't talk for rare skins like human ryze etc... but skins like little devil teemo etc..

They will come at some times in every year.
Halloween skins come at halloween. Devil teemo will most likely be part of it too. Christmas and other legacy skins come at christmas. Esports skins come at worlds
