Yuuzu, the Spirit Blade
Yuuzu is a living sword from the Shadow Isles that legend has it that whoever touches him will die and are then forever tormented in the Shadow Isles. The only man that is allowed to ever not only touch Yuuzu, but be able to hold and handle him as well was his old master that has been missing for thousands of years; assumed to be dead, but nothing confirmed.
Basic Attack Range: 300 units (is still melee) Movement: 355 units per second
Unworthy Touch (Passive): Those that deal physical or true damage to Yuuzu are marked with the touch of death for the next 2 seconds.
Yuuzu's basic attacks deal 10% of his target's missing health as bonus physical damage on-hit to targets afflicted with the touch of death (max 150 damage against monsters).
Slice (Q): Cooldown: 5/4/3/2/1 second(s); Range: 300 units; Cone: 150 degrees Yuuzu swings himself in the target direction to deal (+120%AD) physical damage and applies the touch of death for 1 second to all enemies struck.
Slice resets Yuuzu's basic attack timer.
Swing and Fling (W): Cooldown: 20/17/14/11/8 seconds; Static Range: 500 units Yuuzu dashes in the target direction to deal (+100%AD) physical damage to all enemies he passes through and at the end of his dash he swings himself upwards knocking up struck enemies in a small radius for 1.25 seconds.
Death's Reward (E): Cooldown: 100/85/70/55/40 seconds; Range: Global Passive: Large monster executes and champion kills and assists restore 10/15/20/25/30% of his missing health.
Active: After a 3 seconds delay, Yuuzu marks a target enemy champion for death for the next 10 seconds. If the champion dies then Yuuzu permanently gains 5 attack damage, if he gains an assist then it doubles to 10 attack damage, and if Yuuzu gains the kill credit then the bonus triples to 15 attack damage.

Eternal Torment (R): Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds; Range: 350 units Passive: The first enemy champion directly killed by Yuuzu permanently cannot exceed 90% of its maximum health for the remainder of the game.
Active: Yuuzu suppresses the target enemy champion in place for 1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds and applies the touch of death to it while it is suppressed.
Any dashes, jumps, or instant teleports performed when Eternal Torment was cast on the target then it will undo the mobility effect(s) returning the target enemy champion back to where Eternal Torment was originally cast on the target.
NOTE: The mobility undo effect is both an anti-mobility effect and saying that the ultimate ability takes priority over anything else; so if you have a mobility ability or Flash then use it before he gets into range for his ultimate, it is a short range spell and his only dash ability is a static dash so he can be very telegraphed allowing the opponent to make an appropriate reaction time or be doomed. There is of course other escape methods outside of mobility, I only mentioned mobility because that is the only type of ability and spell the ultimate will undo if you use it too late (so if Ezreal Arcan Shifts at the same time Eternal Torment was cast, Ezreal's Arcane Shift still acts like it was used but he is returned to where he was originally at and then suppressed- so Ezreal has to use Arcane Shift earlier in order to not get CC'd down and potentially killed).
