Champion concept: Sen, the lone king

Hello and welcome, I'm here with a brand-spanking new idea for a champion that's entirely original and fulfills a role which we haven't seen in league before, enjoy!

Lore:

Sen used to be ruler of a kingdom, but was betrayed by his court wizard. This betrayal left Sen in a locked vault where nobody could enter unless they figured out the right set of spells to cast on the door. Noxians go invading the country that Sen used to rule, take over, and in the process the court wizard is killed. This leaves Sen inside the magical vault, stuck as a statue. After trying to unlock the vault for a century, the noxian mages succeed and open it. Inside Sen is found and he's subsequently cured of his stasis. Sen reveals that he is a king so the noxian mages separate into two groups, one group that wants to overthrow the current ruler(by substituting Sen in as a "real king of noxus") and a second group which disagrees entirely and just thinks Sen is useless. Sen ends up escaping from the first group and the second group kills the first. Sen is now stuck with only his family shield on his back. With the knowledge of a king, can Sen successfully navigate Noxian rule and find out what happened to his kingdom? Find out next time on Dragon Ball Z The Lore Channel!!

Now that we have Lore out of the way, let's move on to stats.

Sen's class is a fighter. He's a lost king and he wants to prove that his team should be his subjects so his abilities reflect that. Sen would be melee, have a low armor growth per level, have a low-mid magic resist growth per level, have a high health growth per level(and high base health, like 650ish), have a medium AD growth per level, and a base mana pool of like 400 and low mana growth per level.

All of that combines to Sen being reliant on gold to cover his weaknesses(such as low armor or magic resist) while being able to buy items which scale well with him(such as item 3748 ) and allow Sen to take Grasp of the undying and use it to a very successful degree.

Now onto the actual abilities:

Kingly attitude(Passive): If Sen basic attacks an enemy that enemy gets a stack of "Severance" that enemy that enemy will be rooted for 0.5 seconds if they take damage from Sen's abilities and take an extra 50--150+(10% total AD) physical damage. If an enemy has two stacks of kingly attitude, they become rooted and silenced for 1 second. Enemies cannot gain stacks after being affected for 28--10 seconds(based on level 1--18).

Sen's passive provides a root that ends up effectively being 1 total second long and isn't overbearing while he stays low damage. Sen also ends up being versatile just from this passive due to all the ways that roots can be useful.

Sen's appearance would be similar to https://imgur.com/vyU0Mj4 but with a crown that has missing jewels and less monster-y. Sen would have an actual normal human face more akin to Kris Hemsworth.

Righteous bash(Q): 35 mana Sen slams his shield as his next basic attack, dealing 10/15/20/30/50+(15% total AD) physical damage. If this move silences an enemy, that enemy's attack speed gets slowed by 5/10/15/20/25% for 2 seconds. Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 seconds.

_A simple form of damage that comes with a small extra buff to help out Sen slightly in fights that he manages to get his passive off. The second part of the ability wouldn't be activated very often due to the delay in-between Sen needing to get 2 stacks of his passive off and with damage being high it would be unlikely for a Sen to do such a thing without having item 3748 which would help alleviate the hard to proc passive slightly _

Feudal Charge(W): 90/80/70/60/50 mana Sen Raises his shield and runs at a fast pace, causing him to gain a 30/35/40/45/50% movement speed buff that ramps up(by building speed stacks which only go up in the fashion of Aurelion sol E passive, so going in one direction. Max 100 stacks) and lasts 2/3/4/5/6 seconds. During the charge if Sen hits an enemy while above 50 stacks, that enemy will be knocked backwards(think slightly less than an Alistar W distance) and the movement speed buff will end. Cooldown: 16 seconds(starts when movement speed buff ends)

_This is very telegraphed and makes it so that Sen's lane opponent can just move to the side to stop Sen from hitting them backwards.

Redeeming Moment(E): Sen gains a spellshield which blocks one ability from an enemy. If his spellshield successfully blocks an enemy spell then Sen gains a shield with 6/7/8/9/10% max health scaling for 2/3/4/5/6 seconds and gains 15/20/25/30/35% Tenacity for 10-20 seconds(based on level) Passive: If Sen damages an enemy champion, this move's cooldown is reduced by 0.5 seconds. 70/65/60/55/50 mana Cooldown: 30 seconds

_This move's high cooldown and reliance on another move while also requiring Sen to interact with his enemy laner make for an interesting move that forces interaction. While still not being overbearing when considering the rest of Sen's kit.

Final command(R): 30% of max mana ~ all ranks Sen builds stacks of "Dominance" when near enemies(within attacking range) for the next 3/5/10 seconds(stacks build 2 per second). Enemies get feared for 1+0.2 seconds for every stack of Dominance on Sen when they are basic attacked. Stacks are all used up when fearing an enemy. Recently feared enemies cannot be feared again for 2/3.5/5seconds. Enemies that are rooted take 50/150/300+(3% of max health) + (50% of total AD damage) when getting feared(Enemies can only be damaged this way once per ultimate per enemy).

Sen's ultimate is a tool that helps him when he's behind and when he's tanky. He's giving the order to retreat to the enemy team and if they don't follow the order they are going to get feared and take a LOT of damage. Sen would give a large auditory clue by raising his shield and his shield would explode in an orange-ish light.

So that's my champion concept, I hope you enjoyed.

I think the E is a little lacking... Only procs when you miss an ability? If you put an active on it, then it might be fine. Seems like most champs could outplay him pretty easily, so a shield whenever he misses would be fine. Plus he can't per say miss Q? So it's only really usable with W right now?

Also, he should get tenacity... CC locks him down hard with only close range cc himself. And NO ranged abilities. Try giving him some range or way out of cc? I don't want him to become another Udyr.

For the w (Fuedal charge) I think it would be cool if something was added.

If the enemy is knocked into a wall enemy automatically gains 2 stacks of passive.

This would add a higher level of versatility with the w and would make getting hit by w more dangerous.
