As for your embedding problem, here's a Formatting Guide. I think boards doesn't like the site that you used. Normally you post the image and in most cases follow it with "[/img]". I tried fixing the image for you, but I just can't get it to work with those links. Might I suggest using a different image hosting site? Imgur is a good one, and you don't need to sign up to use it.

It's actually intended. It makes you think whether it's worth leveling up for the other benefit at the cost of losing 755 damage. Riot leveled up their decision-making game. #200IQdecisions

You do realize that the 7 and 8 are right next to each other on the numpad?
More likely than not, someone was in a hurry and also pressed the 7 when they were typing in 8 and 0..I can't be the only one that mistypes when they're in a hurry.
Wait...is it actually like this on the PBE? If so I want to try it.... Level 1 one shots galore.
