Active: Vicius chooses to corrupt the blood of enemies that are in the area, inflicting severe magic damage over a short duration of 3 seconds that ignores enemy magic resistance.
Magic Damage over 3 seconds: 85 / 100 / 105 / 135 / 175 [70% AP] (deals 50% less damage to minions/monsters)
Ability Details: When at least 5 minions/monsters die 50% of the cooldown of this ability is refunded.

Active: The blood of the targeted unit causes their blood to boil within their veins, inflicting magic damage over the duration of 3 seconds. When cast on a unit that dies with this effect that unit explodes, any other units that are in the range and die from the explosion damage also explode.

Ability Details: When a at least 5 minions or monsters die 50% of the cooldown of this ability is refunded.

Passive: When minions/monsters or champions die, Vicius can activate this ability to drain the remaining life essense from the corpses to heal himself.
Active: Drains health from nearby corpses in an area that heals Vicius, maximum corpses that can be drained is 6.
Heal per unit: 1% / 2% / 3% / 4% / 5% of maximum health
##R: Rise of the dead ##Cooldown: 150 / 125 / 100 seconds ##Range: 300
Passive: When Vicius dies, he can choose to take form of a nearby enemy corpse or an ally corpse and take over that is able to move freely and attack but cannot cast the corpses abilites nor his own, but if Vicius chooses not to take form of a corpse then the cooldown of this passive is refunded.
Duration: 2 / 3 / 5 seconds
Ability Details: The damage that the risen corpse deals is halved and is converted into magic damage if the damage dealt is physical, and basic attacks cannot apply on hit effects.

Just throwing this build out there. you have 435 bonus AP, thats an 828 true AOE AP DOT. on a 6 second CD, where the CD is halved if 5 minions die (99% of a minion wave)
