Is Dragon Trainer a Yordle Specific Theme?

I could totally see Sejuani riding a dragon!

i mean she already has skins where she rides a poro, and a brown bear...

It probably should be. It would be nice to have a champion-type specific skin series. Or have it be a "cute" champion skin series as that is the aestethic they are going for with the skins.
