Amber, Falling Star (Champion concept version 2)
The concept for Amber is that he's a star that is dying. Not dead yet, but dying. Fading. I tried to redesign his kit with that in mind. (As a note, he's my original concept, this is simply version 2.)
Passive: Alight: enemy units 'alight' take 5/10/15/20/25/30/35/40/45/50/55/60/65/70/75/80/85(+5% AP) magic damage every half-second for 3 seconds. Every seventh auto sets enemies alight. (Alight effects stack for 1 second, and refresh the duration of prior stacks.)
Q: Place a golden marking on an enemy unit that triggers on being struck by one of Amber's other abilities. When triggered, the target is set alight, and all enemies around the target for 350 units (not including the target) are set alight and dealt 70/80/90/100/110(+80% AP) magic damage. CD: 8/7/6/5/4 seconds Cost: 20/30/40/50/60 mana
W: All ally units within 1000 units of Amber, including himself, glow, setting enemies within 300 units alight, and dealing 10/25/40/55/70(+5% AP) magic damage every half-second for 2 seconds after. CD: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 mana
E: Fires a jet of light that travels 725 units, setting enemies alight. Once it reaches its destination, it illuminates its path, dealing 100/125/150/175/200(+80% AP) magic damage in an AoE. CD: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds Cost: 50 mana
R: His next 3 autos lob spheres of golden flame, gaining 400 range, setting enemies alight, and dealing 30/50/70(+35% AP) extra magic damage. (Passive empowered attacks are buffered until all three attacks have been used or lost.) CD: 120/100/80 seconds Cost: 80/100/120 mana
