Passive- (unchanged) + Zilean gains 1% of the exp he gives from his passive as AP.

[NOTE: the amount of AP is really low, they mostly give the feeling of now being without a passive at lvl 18, they also incentivate players to use it as much as they can]

  • Q- (unchanged)

  • W- Fast Forward: 14/12/10/8/6 cooldown > Reduce the cooldown of the other basic spells by 10 seconds, in addition, Zilean and allied champions very close to him (200 range) have their movement speed increased by 40/50/60/70/80 % for 2.0 seconds.

  • E- Time Twister: > Place a Time Distortion on the ground, if an allied champion steps on it, he'll consume it to gain 15/25/35/45/55 % movement speed for 2 seconds. If an enemy champion steps on it, he destroys the Disruption, is slowed by 30/35/40/45/50 % and receives 15/30/45/60/75 (+80% AP) magic damage over 2 seconds. > >After 3 seconds, the Time Distortion becomes a Time Paradox. Any ally champion close to it can click a Paradox (700 range), which will consume it and teleport the ally to the Time Paradox's location. If an enemy steps on it, he'll destroy it, becoming stunned for 2 seconds and receiving (120% AP) magic damage. > >Only 1 Distortion and 1 Paradox can be active at any time.

  • R- (unchanged)

Clarifications:

General: is more "skillshot" based, gives him mobility and requires some planning.

If you have a Paradox, you can still cast a Distortion without destroying the Paradox if you consume the Distortion before it "evolves".

W and E can be comboed to get double boost, even though they give less speed than the current "E", their speed bonuses stack.

E Can be directly cast below an enemy champion to apply the debuff.

A Time Paradox basically gives a dash to a certain position, should be cast with anticipation. The enemy can choose to step on it and destroy it if they find it suitable.
