did a super fast mock-up of the idea that popped up into my head when i read this
Would be funny, but other champs need skins more. (Zed, Vayne etc.) Since those are lacking skins for those who wish to be truly skillful and own every skin for these highly skilled champs.
On a more serious note... other champs really do need skins more so I doubt it.
