What if Lissandra had a non-evil sister?
Before anyone says ashe or sejuani, they arent sisters.
Anyway this is just an idea for another ice mage champion because, idk, im bored.
(her name is X for now because i cant think of anything sorry.)
Passive: Shatter
When X auto-attacks an enemy champion who is stunned, she decreases the remaining duration of the stun by 50% but her auto attack is empowered. (3s cooldown per enemy.)
- It is 50% faster
- It deals 25-190 (+25% AP) bonus damage
- It is converted entirely into magic damage (including the bonus)
Q: Frostbite
X blankets the target location in a snowflake shape with ice for 3 seconds. Enemies inside take 40/65/90/115/140 (+35% AP) magic damage per second and are slowed by 15%.
W: Frost Snare
X deals 90/150/210/270/330 (+75% AP) magic damage to target enemy and stuns them for 1.25 seconds after a brief 0.5 second delay. X slows herself by 25% for the duration of the enemy's stun. (Meaning that once the enemy is unstunned by any means she will recover.)
E: Chilled Orb
X releases an orb in the target direction that shatters upon hitting an enemy champion, dealing 65/100/135/170/205 (+50% AP) magic damage in a small radius around the impact. If there are any nearby enemy champions, it will bounce to them instead of shattering, dealing 50% of the initial damage in the same radius.
R: Freeze!
X freezes the target champion (anyone but herself) for 1.5/1.75/2 seconds, putting them in stasis if ally or stunning them if enemy.
Just wanted to make this because lissandra is one of my favorite champions and i feel like she should have a sister who disagrees with her bc its cliche.
