[Champion Concept] Kooka, the Mad Yordle Scientist
Among the many habitants of Zaun, one yordle in particular stands out. Donning his white lab cloak, fuzzy hair, and FAB-U-LOUS goggles, out comes Kooka from the depths of his lab.
Passive - Trust me, I'm a scientist > Kooka gains an additional 20% effect from Potions, Biscuits, and Flasks. The duration of Elixers also last 20% longer.
Q (Level 1 Concoction) - Red Starter Goo | 0.1 Second Cooldown | 30 Mana > Base Starting Goo. The finished concoction will be thrown in an Area of Effect.
W (Level 1 Concoction) - Blue Starter Goo | 0.1 Second Cooldown | 30 Mana > Base Starting Goo. The finished concoction will be targeted and will slow by 35% for 1.75 seconds, but only deal damage to the person hit.
E (Level 1 Concoction) - Green Starter Goo | 0.1 Second Cooldown | 30 Mana > Base Starting Goo. The finished concoction will be thrown as a skillshot nuke and deal damage to the first enemy hit. The finished concoction will also deal 20% bonus true damage to champions.
Q (Level 2 Concoction) - Red Powdery Substance | 0.1 Second Cooldown | 30 Mana > Powdery Substance. The finished concoction will deal 90/140/190/240/290 (+0.5 AP) Magic Damage.
W (Level 2 Concoction) - Blue Powdery Substance | 0.1 Second Cooldown | 30 Mana > Powdery Substance. The finished concoction will deal 20/30/40/50/60 (+1.0 AP) Magic Damage.
E (Level 2 Concoction) - Green Powdery Substance | 0.1 Second Cooldown | 30 Mana > Powdery Substance. The finished concoction will deal 6/7/8/9/10% of the enemy's maximum health in true damage.
Q (Level 3 Concoction) - Red Super Secret Ingredient | 0.1 Second Cooldown | 100 Mana > Super Secret Ingredient. The finished concoction will polymorph all enemies hit for 1.0/1.25/1.5/1.75/2.0 Seconds.
W (Level 3 Concoction) - Blue Super Secret Ingredient | 0.1 Second Cooldown | 100 Mana > Super Secret Ingredient. The finished concoction will blind all enemies hit for 1.5/1.75/2.0/2.25/2.5 Seconds.
E (Level 3 Concoction) - Green Super Secret Ingredient | 0.1 Second Cooldown | 100 Mana > Super Secret Ingredient. The finished concoction will slow all enemies hit by 69% (stacks with rank one blue) for 2.0/2.25/2.5/2.75/3.0 seconds.
R (Rank 2 Concoction) - Throw Concoction | 12 Second CD | 30 Mana > Throws a Rank 2 Concoction.
R (Rank 3 Concoction) - UPGRADED CONCOCTION!!! | 120/100/80 Second CD | 40 Mana > Throws a Rank 3 Concoction, dealing an additional 100/200/300 Damage (At levels 6/11/16). Only available post level 6.
Kooka is a Mid Lane Mage designed to be innovative at times where he's needed. Need to win a late game teamfight? Go for an AoE Blue Powder Polymorph! Need to win VS. a Zed or Yasuo early? Go for a Targeted Red Powder Blind. Need to finish off a tank? Go for a Skillshot Green Powder Slow. The possibilities are almost endless.
Just to clarify, this is how he will be used:
Use a Rank 1 Concoction.
Use a Rank 2 Concoction.
Throw it if pre-6 or you don't wanna waste your upgraded one.
Use a Rank 3 Concoction if you need to use an upgraded one.
Throw it. Watch the marvelous doom you've brought upon your enemy.
