Wendigo Champion Idea
This was an idea I came up with for fun, cause I'd love to see a wendigo in League.
Morpheus The Winter’s Glutton
Class: Fighter Subclass: Tank
Passive: Insatiable Hunger – Upon attacking an enemy champion Morpheus gains a slight boost in armor and attack speed. Upon killing an enemy champion, the boost is doubled and becomes permanent.
Q: Raving Pounce – Morpheus leaps at his target dealing damage and stunning for 2 seconds.
W: Unnatural Adrenaline (passive) – While under attack by or attacking an enemy champion, Morpheus gains movement speed that lasts 5 seconds after each hit.
E: Lacerate – A quick, powerful slash from both of Morpheus’s claws.
R: Master of Winter – Calls a blizzard that slows and silences all enemy champions within a certain radius.
Lore Morpheus was once a young soldier of Noxus who dutifully fought for his kingdom. But his allies saw him as unfit for battle and often bullied him over his weakness. But still, the proud soldier charged forward with every intent to fight against the Demacian Military.
One day during a treacherous battle, Morpheus was captured and interrogated; but the lad would not give in. He had hope that his comrades would come for him. Though as months turned to years, this hope began to waver. He had been forgotten, left to rot in the hands of the enemy. Soon his love for Noxus turned into a deep, brooding hatred. Upon negotiating with his captors, he gave the information they wanted in exchange for freedom. Now a free man for the first time in four years, Morpheus sought power. He wanted to crush both Demacia and Noxus alike for their crimes against him. Thus he tracked down the most feared yordle in all of Runeterra; one who hated these kingdoms as much as he did. Veigar, The Tiny Master of Evil, saw Morpheus as weapon. Fueling his hatred, the small wizard directed him deep into the Gelid Vortex in the norther reaches of the Freljord. There he was told, would be a spirit that could grant him unspeakable power.
Without hesitation, Morpheus set out to find this spirit. But after days of wandering the Gelid Vortex, he began to think Veigar had deceived him. He had grown weak from having run out of food and was always cold. At times he would hallucinate a nightmarish creature with the head of deer, watching him from afar. Sometimes it would be standing over him as slept. Eventually, he crawled his way out of the Vortex; weak and frostbitten. Before he could die, a lone traveler came along and pitied his perilous condition. However, as the Traveler came to help him, something dark and unnatural sparked up inside Morpheus; causing him to attack the man and eat him alive.
After the incident, Morpheus began to change. His skin turned gray and stretched across his bones. His and legs grew longer and his fingers turned into savage claws. All the teeth in his mouth fell out and grew back gnarled and pointed and his turned to a pale yellow. Then his wish was fulfilled. With hardened skin to protect him in battle, his strength and speed grew immensely; while an insatiable blood lust grew inside him like a disease. Morpheus came to realize Veigar had kept his promise. He had been granted the power he sought, but at great consequence.
EDIT: I changed his E and lowered the stun of his Q from 3 seconds to 2.
