champion concept: Morgan, the wandering gourmet.
ROLE: support/jungle
lore: Morgans legends are rivaled by few and told by many, but they vary from region to region. in some morgan is a man that will do almost anything for a new flavour, a new dish to try, to master. in another shes a woman who will feed any who ask the most delicious meal of their life that will cure their ailments and mend their wounds. thing is is about these legends... is they're true.
visuals: morgan is both a male and female champion(player can change visuals and voice in game at base, dosent change visually much at all) morgan has their hair tied back in a ponytail while wearing a a bright bandanna across their forehead, wears a slightly faded chefs coat with a large bag with and several belts carrying various utensils and bottles. pants and boots a faily generic aside from bits of leather armour here and there that have obviously been used for a very long time.

dance: obviously gota be the dude dancing while eating drumsticks joke: morgan reaches into their bag and pulls out a comically large object and says "its uh... bigger on the inside" taunt: sprinkles some salt in the air and says "i think you could use less salt..."

passive: personalized blend: Morgan replaces edible consumables (
) doubling their duration and granting adaptive stats(20ad/40ap) for 15 seconds on use, this does not stack.
Q: Blinding heat: morgan throws out a handful of ground spices in an arch dealing mixed damage 10/30/50/70/90/110(+100% bonus ad) + 20/40/60/80/100/120(+120% ap). blinds anyone hit for 1 second at all ranks and causes a modified nearsight(shorter range vision that reveals anyone that attacks you for a brief moment) for 3 seconds at all rank.
12 second cd at all ranks 80 mana at all ranks can be cleansed deals triple damage to minions and monsters. 600 unit range 100 degree arch
W: somethin for the road: morgan tosses out a snack at a target location after a short-long channel giving a little hp and mana on pickup (dependant on channel time) and a small amount of health and mana over time (also dependent on channel time)
max channel time 5 seconds starts cooldown when channel starts 120 mana cost at all ranks.__ 20 second cooldown at all ranks (can be reduced by doing damage) pick up hp 50/70/90/110/130 - 150/200/250/300/350 pick up mana 40/80/120/160/200 - 80/120/160/200/240 over time regen 5%/8%/11%/14%/17% over 10 seconds snack lasts for 10 seconds once thrown out. can be tapped throw out lowest tier snack quickly snacks can be thrown 1200 units
E: fragrance bomb: morgan throws a delicious smelling pastry that "charms" all enemies it passes through briefly while detonating at a set distance to deal 60/100/140/180/220(+80% ap) magic damage and stunning any enemies inside the detonation for 1 second. while leaving behind a trail that friendly units gain movespeed while on.
the "charm" makes enemies go towards the bomb rather than morgan. charm lasts 0.2/0.4/0.6./0.8/1 second can be cleansed. 15/14/13/12/11 second cooldown 80/90/100/110/120 mana cost friendly units gain 30%/35%/40%/45%/50% movespeed while on trail thrown distance is 1000 detonation size is 235 units. trail is roughly 2 teemos wide
R: A feast fit for a kingdom:morgan throws down a very large pan on a magical fire and makes many many "somethin for the road" while dealing 3/5/8%health(+1% every 100ap) magic damage to enemies near them every second.
200/160/120 second cooldown 100/120/140 mana cost 7 second channel time 2000 unit throw distance makes a "somethin for the road" every 0.8/0.6/0.4 seconds cannot be interrupted by any cc. must be killed to stop the cast. cannot be self canceled. "something for the road"'s thrown out depends on "something for the roads" rank. each one will be a fully channeled version of "somethin for the road" each "something for the road" will last 30 seconds rather than 10.
