Nocturne: The Eternal Nightmare - Rework Suggestion
Passive: Umbra Blades
- Every 14-8 seconds, Nocturne's next attack strikes surrounding enemies for 120% physical damage and heals him for 10-25% of the damage dealt.
- Nocturnes basic attacks reduce this cooldown by 0.5 seconds (1.5 against champions).
- If only 1 target is hit, instead Nocturne's next basic attack deals an additional 3%-10% (+1%/50 bonus AD) magic damage.
Changes: 1.) Changed the time from 10 seconds to 14-8 seconds. [nerf early -> buff late] 2.) Decreased the cooldown on basic by 0.5 seconds. [nerf] 3.) Added a conditional passive to deal additional magic damage if only 1 target is hit. [buff]
Q: Duskbringer: Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 Range: 1100 Cooldown: 10
- Nocturne throws a shadow blade that deals 65/110/155/200/245 (+75% bonus AD) phsyical damage and leaves a dusk trail for 5 seconds. Enemy champions hit also leave a dusk trail over 2 seconds. While on the dusk trail, Nocturne can move through units, gains 20%/25%/30%/35%/40% movement speed and 40%/50%/60%/70%/80% attack speed.
Changes: 1.) Changed getting additional AD to additional attack speed while on a dusk trail. [change] 2.) Increased movespeed while on a dusktrail by 5%. [buff] 3.) Decreased the range by 25 units. [Nerf] 4.) Decreased the trail time of dusk trail down to 2 seconds. [nerf]
W: Creaping Death: [NEW] Cost: 40/50/60/70/80 Range: 200/275/350/425/500 Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8 Passive: Enemy champions afflicted by dusk trail are feared for 0.25/0.5/0.75/1/1.25 seconds. Can only occur once every 8-4 seconds. Active: Nocturne plagues the surrounding area with a lingering dusk trail over 5 seconds and instantly refreshes umbra blades cooldown.

E: Unspeakable Horror: Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Target Range: 425 Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 Passive: Nocturne gains 350 increased movement speed toward feared enemies. Active: Nocturne plants nightmares in a targets mind, putting them to sleep after 3 seconds and dealing 90/130/170/210/250 (+10% total AD) over the duration. Attacks and spell hits break the sleep causing them to be feared for 0.25/0.5/0.75/1/1.25 seconds after recovering from the nightmare.
Changes: 1.) Completely new active effect. [change] 2.) Increased movement speed toward feared enemies by 15. [buff]
R: Paranoia: Cost: 100/125/150 Target Range: 2000/3000/4000 Cooldown: 180/150/120 Nocturne reduces the sight radius of all enemy champions and removes their ally vision for 6 seconds. While paranoia is active, all enemies in range are revealed to Nocturne. After launching himself, Nocturne leaves a dusk trail wherever he fly's from and deals 150/300/450 (+100% Bonus AD) to all targets passed through.
Clarification: The new ult is going to be an incredibly fast skill shot that passes through everything. (Think jinx ult speed)
Changes: 1.) Changed ult from a point and click to skill shot [Nerf] 2.) Added the vision in the ult range. [buff] 3.) Increased the scaling damage by 25. [buff] 4.) Changed the ults scaling damage from total Ad to bonus AD. [Nerf]
