Passive - Arcane Mastery: Ryze gains (5% per 100 AP) bonus mana.

Changes: Exactly the same.

Q - Overload: Cost: 30/30/35/35/40 Cooldown: 6 Range: 1000

Passive: Ryze's other abilities reset overload's cooldown.

Active: Ryze unleashes a runic blast in the target direction dealing 60/85/110/135/160 (+50% AP) (+3% bonus mana) magic damage to the first enemy struck. If Overload kills a minion, reduces overloads cooldown by 20/40/60/80/100%.
	Flux: Deals 5-50 (+5% AP) (+0.5% bonus mana) magical damage per stack of flux.

Changes: Added cooldown on minion kill [Buff] Increased AP scaling by 5% [Buff] Reduced base Damage by 5 (25 at level 5) [Nerf] Changed flux bonus to deal additional magical damage instead of bouncing [Change]

Active: Ryze inscribes a target area, creating a runic prison that collapses on itself, warping all enemies to the center, slowing them for 0.25/0.5/0.75/1/1.25 seconds, and dealing 60/80/100/120/140 (+50% AP) (+1% bonus mana) magical damage.
	Flux: Warped enemies are instead rooted, and lasts for 0.5s longer per stack of flux.

E - Spell Flux: Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Cooldown: 3.25/3/2.75/2.5/2.25 Effect Radius: 325 Target Range: 625

Active: Ryze hurls an orb of runic energy at the target enemy, dealing 35/45/55/65/75 (+15% AP) (+1% bonus mana) magic damage and marking them with a stack of flux for 3 seconds (max: 2/2/3/3/4).
	Flux: Spreads to nearby enemies, dealing 50% damage and marking them with flux.

Changes: Increased target range by 10 units [Buff] Added stacks of flux [Buff]

R - Experimental Spells: Cost: 100/125/150 Cooldown: 180/150/120 Duration: 7/9/11s Explosion range: 300 Warp range: 150/225/300 Movement Speed: 60/80/100

Active: Ryze channels for 1.5 seconds, theory crafting new spells to test out for a few seconds. After the channel ends, Ryze teleports to a targeted location, refreshing the cooldown of all his abilities, and gains a burst of movement speed upon landing.

Changes: Literally everything is new [Rework]

(What the empowered spells look like)
Q: Shock explodes on impact dealing an additional 30/60/90 (+10% bonus ap) (+1% bonus mana) magical damage.
W: Runic prison warps all enemies caught in a targeted direction from where it was casted.
E: Casting spell flux on a target without flux will spread flux to all nearby enemies and apply 1/2/3 additional stacks of flux.
R: Changed to 'Mana Bomb'

R - Mana Bomb: Cost: 100/150/200 Charges: 1 Cast Time: 0.6s Range: 500/600/700

Active: Ryze condenses his remaining mana into a devastating bomb, dealing 30/40/50% of the total mana consumed as magic damage in an area around him. Ryze gains 5% of his maximum mana back for every minion killed by mana bomb, and 25% of his maximum mana for every enemy champion killed, but is stunned for 1 second after use.
