New Champion Concept: Jun, the Imprint of Will

Jun is Ionian born with a special affinity towards sensing and using the energies that propel nature. Through his willpower alone, he draws upon this strength to protect his home and his people. When he was a young boy, he didn't know how to channel this power correctly in a way that could help his family or his homeland. The Elders of the Ionian sword school saw this power and helped him learn to control it through the ways of the sword. In his time training, he met Yasuo, who was a few years older. He looked up to Yasuo, aspiring to one day be as good as he was with the blade. On occasion, he sought out Yasuo in order to help him better his own sword skills and master his power. Jun was among the fray of Ionians defending Ionia from the Noxian invasion, and was very delightful to have Yasuo by his side in the fight. However, when the Ionian elder was slain and Yasuo was exiled, it left Jun distraught. He believed in his heart that the Elder's death was the work of the Noxians, and sought the bring Yasuo back to have him redeemed. He set out on his own journey to find him, yet also found himself inclined to protect the many facets of nature as well, since it was the source of his power. Jun had many of his own run-ins with scientists like Viktor and Singed, whom he believed harmed the balance of nature in order to further their own selfish ends. In the end, Jun has resolved to find and bring back his old friend and defend Nature at all costs.

Jun is a Fighter/Assassin Hybrid who relies on his blade, Hachido and his willpower to fight his enemies. HP: 550 Resource: Jun has no mana or energy. As Jun lands successful basic attacks, skills, or takes damage, this increases his Willpower, which is tracked in his resource bar. Using Jun's E or his Ultimate will deplete his Willpower. AD: 57 AP: 0 MR: 32 Armor: 23 Movement Speed: 350 Attack Speed: .645

Passive: The Will of Nature Nurture: Nature is on Jun's side, protecting him by giving him increased health regeneration while out of combat. Pure Will: When approaching 2 or more champions, Jun's armor penetration is increased by 30%.

Q: Hachido Combo - No cost - Cooldown: 5 sec/4 sec/3 sec/3sec/3 sec Jun empowers his sword and dashes towards his enemy, hitting them with 3 slashes in quick succession. Each hit builds Jun's Willpower.

W: Blitz - No cost - Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 Jun uses is natural powers to move at extreme high speeds to get behind his opponent, using a variant of his Hachido combo. This is a 2 hit combo that scores a 1.2 second stun on the last hit. This also builds Willpower.

E: Overdrive - 50 Willpower - 20/18/16/14/12 Jun charges his sword with willpower alone, and fire 2 shock waves from his blade to hit his enemy. The first enemy hit will be slowed for 1 second. This can go through enemies, but other enemies that are hit will take reduced damage, and will not be slowed. Deals magic damage.

R: Release - All willpower - 80/70/60/50/40 Jun channels all of his willpower and charges this attack for 1.3 seconds, then disappears in a blinding flash, slashing everything in sight for heavy damage. This attacks stops the passage of time for both Jun's teammates and his enemies, but time unfreezes when his attack is over. This attack can only be performed at maximum willpower. Jun gains 10% bonus armor penetration after this attack is used for 10 seconds.
