But he is the overall #1 but do you see people playing him over twitch or cait? if they could everyone would pick those two over him and hell even vayne does well into him so because he's played a lot doesnt mean that he is op it just means people enjoy playing him and he is not absolutely garbage.
I actually have Jhin in like 90% of my games. I kid you not when I say that ever since I went on break last Wednesday, the only adc's I have faced are Jhin and Vayne and one Sivir, one Twitch. There is definitely a reason Jhin is picked as often as he is but I don't think people can keep accrediting to his character. His kit has more tools in it than Azir did at the beginning of this last year. Bonus mobility after crits, a guaranteed crit, extremely long range snare (which btw acts like a stun not a snare for some reason, Nautilus can't use his W shield in Jhin's root but he can in both Morgana's and Lux's), his ult which does crazy damage and slows, and then even some more cc in the form of his traps. Oh yeah, and the bouncing grenade. Personally I think something to go. He was the only one of the three dominant summer adc's to have escaped with the most minimal of nerfs. Sivir got hit pretty hard and Ashe did as well, for 3-4 patches in a row. There is a reason he is ranked #1 still. A good choice might be to remove the bonus crit move speed which allows him to outrun a large chunk of the champion pool quite easily. For someone who has as much range as Jhin, he is too forgiving for being out of position being able to outrun those who jump on him during ult or 100-0 them.
