Jail queues for toxic players

If you leave, instead of waiting 20 min, you have to play x amount of games to get out and you get long queue times. You are all forced into fill. Everyone is autofilled. You also have to win for the amount to go down and if you int in that que, permaban. This is how it's done in DotA.

I feel like forcing already annoyed people to autofill with long queue times would just force toxicity.

Riot is against the prisoner island thing. I think it's a wasted opportunity because it does discourage Dota players to stop being so problematic.

Riot has stated on multiple occasions, that they do not believe in the "Prisoner Island" concept of punishment. They believe in offering you two choices: Reform, or Get out (Permanent ban)

Permabanning is a bit much if the player has no previous offenses.
