If you leave, instead of waiting 20 min, you have to play x amount of games to get out and you get long queue times. You are all forced into fill. Everyone is autofilled. You also have to win for the amount to go down and if you int in that que, permaban. This is how it's done in DotA.

You're looking at this the wrong way. I would pay money to watch someone stream while playing in one of these games. It would have the 'prisoners fight to the death for freedom they'd never really get' feel of The Running Man.
You could even have an audience watching the stream, who could pick their favorite Super Monkey AIDS players to rage and troll it out for each round. F the competitive scene, why try to glamour a bunch of boring-personality Asian teams playing robotically for a trophy, when I could watch bad players battle other bad players, and take each others' souls verbally while doing it?
Even the commentary would be better! Instead of calling a first blood for a competitive team in a play we've seen a million times, we could get "and look at this! ShtCan420Naruto1999 is actually going to participate in a team fight and help his team! No one could have predicted this!".

d4rkshock1 votesActually in DotA, in low priority queue's, you are forced to play single draft. They give you 3 heroes you can play. Everything else is locked. They can do this since every hero is free. That's why I say forced autofill.

AzureDragoon2 votesRiot has stated on multiple occasions, that they do not believe in the "Prisoner Island" concept of punishment. They believe in offering you two choices: Reform, or Get out (Permanent ban)

What I don't agree with on how valve does it is that it also appies it to inting, ability abuse( you can teleport people to get them stuck and without a to scroll, blnj dagger, or force staff,they can't get out and the offender will int the courier so you can use it to bring you items form the shop. They can also use legion commenders duel on low HP and if she dies, the dueled enemy permnantly has more damage). Etc.
