Lore: Faust spent most of his childhood reading of legends and feats of great strength and speed. He would dream of testing his strength against the greatest that Valoran had to offer. He dreamed of proving his worth to the League of Legends.

As one of many children in Piltover, Faust grew up on the streets. He had to fight for his survival against anyone who would take away his food or bed. Though he could throw a punch, he could never take one. As such, he spent days and nights training himself in the art of speed. At first, his training entailed outrunning the authorities with scraps of food in tow. Eventually, it moved onto more extreme training exercises such as running across a river without falling in and dodging raindrops during a storm. Many who faced him claimed that he was like a wisp of air that hit like a boulder. With his experience and training under his belt, he turns his sights to the League of Legends in hopes of sparring with the best.

Faust's Kit:

Passive: "Each Corner": Any enemy unit that deals damage to Faust is considered a "Challenger". Any enemy that Faust attacks is considered a "Challenger" as well. "Challenger" only lasts 10 seconds unless Faust or the "Challenger" deal damage to one another. In which case, the timer is reset. If an enemy champion would die while "Challenger" is active, Faust gains 10% of his missing Health and Energy back. Who Faust attacks takes priority over who attacks Faust. "Challenger can only be switched between targets that Faust attacks. If another enemy attacks after the first, the first enemy still holds the "Challenger" status.

Q: 10 Energy: "Like a Bee": Faust jumps forward with a leaping punch dealing X + (100% AD) to the first enemy hit. If the enemy is a "Challenger", they are slowed by 50%

W: No Cost: "Poetry in Motion": Passive: Faust's movement speed is increased as more attack speed is built. Active: Faust roots himself in place, dodging all incoming Auto Attacks. Each Auto Attack dodged costs 5 energy. When all energy is depleted or when Poetry in Motion is activated again, Faust will attack the next enemy that deals a basic attack to him and deal X + (100%) + (10% damage dodged) If no enemy is within Auto Attack range, Faust just unroots without dealing damage. If the enemy is a "Challenger", they are knocked up. Can Crit

E: 5% Current Health: "Lighting and Thunder": Faust throws caution to the wind and gains 10% Attack Speed and Movement Speed. If Faust attacks a "Challenger" while Lightning and Thunder is active, he gains 2% more Attack Speed and Movement Speed. (Can stack up to 5 times)

R: No Cost: "Will of Iron": Faust's fighting spirit keeps him coming back for more. Every time Faust's health is dropped by 20%, he gains a charge of "Will of Iron". Using a Will of Iron charge will allow Faust to teleport next to an enemy unit. Once a charge is used, it can not be gained back until Faust has healed the 20% health that is lost and loses it again. Replenishing Faust's health past the 20% health loss mark for a charge of Will of Iron without spending a charge will cause Faust to lose access to that charge until health is dropped back to it's proper point.

Thoughts, criticism and opinions welcome, summoners.

The ultimate is interesting, but that means getting large amounts of lifesteal allows him to quickly teleport everywhere, which would probably be broken.

You might want to increase his energy costs more; most energy champions have 200 energy and have large energy costs, quick energy regen (+10 a second), some form of easily accessible energy regen (Akali hitting her Q mark, Zed hitting people with a shadow spell and his own, Shen taunting or hitting with Ki Strike), and quickly run out of energy if they spam abilities. By contrast, 2 of his spells cost no energy (for the ultimate this is easily understandable, but not for his E), one spell costs only 10 energy (meaning after 1 second he's full energy again), and his W would require a champion with 2.0 AS to constantly attack him to break even with base energy regen (meaning he is immune to autoattacks unless you have a marksman + another champion hitting him, or a melee adc + another, or 3+ champions).

Overall this looks interesting though, so goodjob!
