[CONCEPT]: Pool Party Karthus

So I was reading the Pool Party thread over in the "Hot" section of the boards, and I had an idea for a skin for my main. Figured I'd try to come up with some ideas for VFX on his abilities.

P: Karthus literally turns into water, at the end he turns into a puddle. Q: Either a Beachball, a Volleyball, or a water splash (kinda like how they did Mundo's Q with that wrestling skin) W: A Volleyball net appears, people who pass through it have a net around them E: Water swirls around him like a whirlpool R: Karthus himself will have water spewing into the sky from his Scepter during the channel. Buckets appear over everyone's head and starts to fill with water, at the end, the buckets tip over and dumps water on everyone.
