Few suggestions on teemo
Teemo is often referred to as a noob champ and i somewhat agree with this remark. He is a noob champ but that doesn't mean he is broken/OP. Actually it's the other way round. Right now teemo is only a troll pick and contributes very little to the team. The teemo players that are able to contribute to the team are actually very good teemo players and don't deserve to be called noobs.
Teemo's rework was largely around his mushrooms. His ult was made alot less annoying and to compensate for it riot gave teemo some utility. His passive on the other hand is more annoying now but it's uses are very limited. His kit is also in shambles and thus why you don't see teemo excel in any position or role in the rift.
According to the lore, teemo is a swift scout and should be able to play solo and still be able to contribute to the team. He no longer has any map control nor does he have any real means of escape (forget W), if you were split pushing or scouting. Right now i think teemo could use 1v1 potential so that he can work more as an assassin type of scout. With the introduction of oracles and control wards his whole rework has been pointless since it was only centered around his mushrooms. As as assasin teemo player's focus will be reverted from mushrooms to more of an assassin. Suggestions

Allow teemo's passive to include: Teemo can now move through units ( same passive as fizz) but because his kit is very costly and he can hardly make use of his current passive. I think this will increase his efficiency in a lane by a long margin. Plus his W and E have a very low contribution to his damage/utility/mobility. His laning phase is okayish but obviously that's against meele/AA champs and teemo has a ranged advantage whilst on the other hand his team fighting is very weak. This is to compensate for it.

Remove the arm time of teemo's mushrooms completely or maybe to 0.2sec. This will give teemo a huge 1v1 potential and also allow him to contribute to team fights aswell. That way oracles will be less of an issue for teemo players and the haters don't need to walk over one mushroom after another as they will now be used offensively.

Whilst W is on active - Teemo can now jump over mushrooms if right clicked on them - ( his W has a Long CD so this won't be an issue). He wont go anywhere near leblanc or zed and etc. As an assassin he needs a better means of escape than his measly W. Jumping over mushrooms needs preparation in before which is noteworthy here.
I believe he does not need a nerf in any way. I do not want to go deep into this as i want to keep this post small. Opinions are appreciated.
