Klognay, the Tiny Assassin
Klognay [klahg - nay] is a yordle assassin, but will be a hyper assassin, this means her early game will be weak and her late game very strong; however she will have tools to get through the early to mid game. Another aspect to her gameplay is that she will the DPS [Damage Per Second] and disrupting assassin rather than bursting someone out, this will give her very high utility in order to do her job as an assassin rather than by means of raw damage. Klognay's fur colour is white with patches of black fur spread across her entire body.
Basic Attack Range: 125 units Movement: 350 units per second Attack Speed: 0.625 +2.5% per level
Twin Daggers (Passive): Klognay uses two small twin daggers for her weapons reducing her damage to 60% damage per attack to double all her attack speed including doubling her attack speed cap to 5.0 instead of 2.5 attacks per second, she always deals 100% damage to minions and monsters.
Klognay does not stop her movement when she is basic attacking.
Dagger Toss (Q): Cooldown: 3.5/2.75/2/1.25/0.5 second(s); Cost: 25 Energy; Range: 900 units Passive: Every 5th basic attack and Dagger Toss deals 2/3/4/5/6% of her target's maximum health as bonus true damage on-hit (max 150 against monsters).
Active: Klognay tosses a dagger in the target direction to deal (+80/85/90/95/100%AD) physical damage to all enemies struck, 100% damage to minions and monsters.
Dagger Toss' skill key may be held down to use Dagger Toss immediately off cooldown.
Swift Dash (W): Cooldown: 20/15/10/5/0 seconds; Cost: 100 Energy; Range: 600 units Passive: Klognay's basic attacks and Dagger Toss restore 5 Energy on-hit, doubles to 10 Energy restored against champions.
Active: Klognay cleanses any stuns, snares, roots, slows, or knock-ups and displacement effects on herself and then she swiftly dashes to the target location.
Hold on Tight! (E): Cooldown: 6 seconds; Cost: 50 Energy; Range: 250 units Klognay clings on to her target for dear life allowing her to freely basic attack her target for the next 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 seconds while blinding her target for the same duration.
Cast Hold on Tight! again to let go of the target early.
Circle of Death (R): Cooldown: 150/130/110 seconds; Cost: None; Range: 650 units Passive: Klognay increases her base attack speed to 0.650/0.675/0.700.
Active: Klognay creates an area of death around her that remains on the spot for the next 3/4/5 seconds silencing and slowing by 20/30/40% to all enemies within the area, meanwhile targets that she attacks within the circle she heals herself for 30/35/40(+75%AP)(+100/150/200%bonus AD) health on-hit.
Klognay silences herself while in the circle.
