Support Tank with a focus on rendering enemies unable to deal damage while buffing himself and allies. Unlike other tanky supports, he's not meant to be a front line meat shield, but more like a bulky cleric from D&D.

Appearance:

Short and squat, much a like a Tolkien Dwarf. Brown hair that is balding on the top, with a more reddish brown beard. Beard is trimmed and rounded, looking like an amish beard a bit. No mustache, just the beard and connecting sideburns. Armor is ornate chainmail with silver and purple accents. Shoulder armor plates are attached to the mail. Wears purple leather gloves that have metal plates on them. Chainmail extends down to the waist and down to the elbow on the arms. Underneath chainmail is a plain white long sleeve shirt that has silver cuffs at the end of the sleeves and along with neck. Pants are black and heavily padded, shoes look like brown combat books. In one hand is an amulet with silver and purple runes, while the other hand hold a thick black leather bound tome with silver and purple runic symbols in and out. Facial expression is one of hopefulness and serenity. Voice is deep, but soothing and fatherly, similar to Taric's.

Passive: Guardian of Faith Every 10/9/8 seconds, Modimus's next auto-attack deals bonus physical damage and heals him and the nearest allied champion.

Bonus physical damage: 3(+4lvl)(+5% max Armor) Heal: 10(+5lvl)(+1 per 100 missing health)

Q: Spiritual Cleansing Range: 600 Cost: 65/80/95/110/125 CD: 10/10/10/10/10 On Ally or himself: Creates shield around target that absorbs damage for 4 seconds. While the shield persists, the target gains tenacity.

On Enemy: Target takes magical damage over 4 seconds, and their damage output is reduced for the duration.

Shield Strength: 80/110/140/170/200(+100% Modimus’ Bonus Armor) Tenacity Granted: 15/22.5/30/37.5/45% Damage: 110/150/190/230/270(+10% Bonus health) Damage Reduction: 20/21.25/22.5/23.75/25(+1 per every 2000 health)% [Cannot exceed 30%)

W: Serenity Range: 800 Cost: 90/90/90/90/90 CD: 20/19/18/17/16 Creates an Area of Peace on target location that lasts for 2.0 seconds. Any enemy champions within the AoE are dealt true damage if they auto-attack while in the zone.

AoE size: 125/150/175/200/225 units True Damage: 50/75/100/125/150

E: Divine Hammer Range: 750 Cost: 60/70/80/90/10 CD: 11/10.5/10/9.5/9 Blasts target 175-unit area with divine force. Any enemy champs struck are damaged and snared for 1.5 seconds.

Initial damage: 75/105/135/165/195(+5% Modimus's Max Health) magical damage

R: Beacon of Hope Range: 600 Cost:150/150/150 CD: 150/125/100 Summons a pillar of divine power that lasts for 5 seconds that blocks all movement. Pillar generates a 700 unit aura around it that lowers enemy champion AD and AP by a percentage while they are in the zone.

AD/AP reduction: 10/15/20(+1 per 1000 Health)% (cannot exceed 12.5/18/25%)

First, his kit doesn't really go with spamming, which makes his passive kinda useless.

His Q gives both a good shield AND removes all cc on them (lol I got cleanse on a 10 second cooldown), but also gives a temporary yi ult. In addition, using it on enemies lowers their damage by 30% (up to probably 32-33% max), which let's you invalidate any damage dealer.

His W is a really, really weird design. You have basically a Soraka E except with blind, which makes it hard counter adcs and do nothing against almost every other champion.

His E is kinda weak (.5 stuns tend to not be very strong), but that can be tuned.

His R...literally invalidates teamfights if it's up. You remove 30% of their damage scalings, which means their entire team gets massively reduced damage. His 2nd portion of R is also really useless on basically everyone, since most champions rely on either regen items or lifesteal (getting 2x hp regen when you normally get 2 hp a second is rather useless). The problem is, if it's changed to all hp regen you make any hyper healing champ (Volibear, Mundo) you make them literally broken as long as they can stand in the giant AoE.
