[Champion Concept] Charybdis, the Leviathan

The depths of the ocean have always been a place of mystery, intrigue, and danger. Man has created many a legend about the deepest fathoms of the sea and the secrets they may hold. If only they knew what truly lurked at the bottom of the waters. A being born of magic and hatred known only as Charybdis called the ocean floor his home. Long has he waited, long has he watched. He does not how, why, or when he was created, but he does know that he must keep the waters safe from the beings that dwell on the land. Many tales have been spun about a black ooze that ensnares men and boats alike, however no tale truly knows the origin of the ooze. Charybdis ensures that the seas are free of yordles and humans and their creations. No being has ever escaped the ooze, save for one sailor. A being named Nautilus became fused with Charybdis's powers, and used them to escape his clutches. Charybdis saw this as men growing too powerful and climbed to the surface in a mighty torrent in an attempt to drown the lands and cleanse them of all beings.

Mage Support Champion with an emphasis on delayed effects and strong crowd control. Meant to invoke the feeling of drowning and being sucked down into the abyss.

Charybdis, the Leviathan

A tall, thin creature with a humanoid torso and head. Legs are replaced with 6 crustacean like claws surrounding the body. Has 3 tentacles sprouting from each shoulder blade area, meant to invoke wings or a cape. Body is dark turquoise in color, with specks of black and green. Jaw is vertical and lined with dozens of serrated teeth. Fingers are long and pointed. No nose, but has two thin slits between his eyes. Ears have been replaced with gills. Has three pairs of eyes, all are white in color and appear to be glowing. Has 3 pectoral fins on top of his head. What look like mollusk shells are on his shoulders and has row of bumps going down his torso.

Passive: Crushing Depths Enemy champs within 400 units of Charybdis loses 7.5% movement speed.

Q: Entangling Ooze Range: 750 Cost: 100 Mana CD: 13 Marks target 125- radius area. After 0.75 sec delay, summons black tentacles to damage and grounds all enemy champs within AoE for 1.5 sec

Deals 70/105/140/175/210(+60% AP) magical damage

W: Whirlpool Range: 850 Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Mana CD: 14/13/12/11/10 Generates a whirlpool on 350-unit wide area. After a 1 second delay, any enemy within the AoE are pulled 200 units towards the center of the whirlpool and take base damage plus a percentage of their max health as magic damage.

Deals 60/95/130/165/200(+10/11.25/12.5/13.75/15% of enemy's max health) magical damage (max 300 damage on minions and monsters)

E: Blackened Grip Range: 450 Cost: 55/65/75/85/95 CD: 9 Grabs a target enemy champ with a black tentacle, dealing damage every 0.5 second for 3 seconds as long as target stays within 500 units of Charybdis. As long as the target is tethered, their movement speed is slowed, with the percentage increasing the longer they are tethered.

Deals 20/30/40/50/60(+15% AP) every 0.5 second [Max amount: 120/180/240/300/360(+90%AP)] Initial slow: 15%. Additional Movement Slow per 0.5 second: 6/7/8/9/10% Max Slow: 51/57/63/69/75%

R: Angler's Lure Range: 1000 Cost: 150 Mana CD: 120 Makes a lure on target location identical in appearance to small minion. Lure acts like a regular minion (ie moving with the minion wave, attacking other minions, champions, etc.), but any attacks made by lure deal zero damage. If enemy champ comes within 67.5 units of lure or deals damage to it, the lure explodes with black ooze, trapping the attacking enemy and damaging them. Lure lasts for 20 seconds.

Deals 200/300/400(+75% AP) magical damage. Roots for 1.5/2.25/3.0 seconds
