Rammus Quality of Life Changes
Now I personally love playing Rammus. There is just something about ramming into your enemies at full speed that thrills me, but im noticing that the poor armordillo could use some touch-ups just to bring him up to snuff a little more. I also want to emphasis his penchant for building pure tank, but still keep a little bit of his AP scaling so people can use that stat if they wish. (yes I know he has a fantastic win rate in soloQ)
Passive: Kept exactly the same; no changes
Q: Kept exactly the same; no changes
W: Again keeping the same basic concept but the magic damage upon being attacked is increased by 25% on monsters. This helps with clearing the jungle, which I know he has trouble with before getting items.
MAGIC DAMAGE: 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65 (+ 10% armor)
MAGIC DAMAGE (MONSTERS): 31.25/43.75/56.25/68.75/81.25(+ 12.5% armor)
E: Kept exactly the same; no changes at all
R: Now deals bonus damage based on Rammus' max health. This offers different build paths (Rylai's or Liandry's anyone?) and makes his tank builds more threatening given he tends to build lots of health. In addition the damage to turrets is removed and the cooldown is increased to 75 seconds from 60 (given it deals more damage now)
