I thought I read somewhere that they may come out in August but that doesn't look likely anymore. I really like the major Skin Theme sets (Pool Party, Project, Star Guardian, Dark Star, and Arcade/Battle Boss, Blood Moon, Halloween, Snow Day, V-Day, Lunar Revel), seems a shame we won't be getting two of the cooler ones this year.

BestJhinUniverse1 votesGoing to disagree on the cooler set statement. Pool party is decent but project is just more edgelord with some future spice tossed in. The game needs more goofy and fun skins.
The boss line is great if you disregard the fact they can't have a balanced rift team do to being all AP mages. The star guardian line would have been nice but ahri and ezreal.....

Pretty sure Pool Party does go into your goofy and fun lol, also Goofy Fun skins our the April Fools and Halloween skins.
