We should make a 5v5 one laned game mode where everyone plays Singed

For every second of laughing, your team gets +1 point. While under enemy gas cloud, Singed cannot laugh. A giant gas canister is positioned in the middle of the map. Hitting it will leak gas on the opposite side of the canister. An Angry Warwick chases whoever's gas trail he's on.

My guess is he can already clear the wave just fine, its not like you can make the minions even more dead than dead.

Mechanical stacking in league usually falls into one of two categories: -Can do the thing I do twice now, more effective! -I already do that tho so why would I need more of it? The former is usually damage to champions like original duskblade on zed, and defensive utility like zhonyas on fizz. The latter is things like mana regen, waveclear, etc, where you only really need so much of it.

Salt is real. Don't know why people downvote you or get angry. I tried it couple of times on tank Singed and it worked fine. But there are really just other better options.

1. Singed has pretty good AP scalings. If the choice is between AP and Immolate, AP does more damage. At level 18, the item needs to give 50 AP for his Q to outdamage Immolate passive, and thats not considering his E damage as well.
2. Sunfire doesnt do anything for his mana problems or his mana scaling.
3. Sunfire has shorter range at 400 (though it goes around his model, so its good if he is surrounded). Proxying as Singed requires being in aggro range but not in damage range from Melees, while also kiting the Ranged. Singed has a base 345 movespeed, and his poison lasts 3.25 seconds, meaning he can spread his poison over 1100+ units of distance instead of just 400 units around him. If you take Movespeed Quints and get Boots2, its 1300, so the effective range is 4x as large. Once he pops Ult + Ghost+ Rightous Glory....,well, you get the picture.
4. Once he gets his damage/mana items (whether it be RoA or the 3x dark seals thats popular), Sunfire doesnt help his worst weakness - getting kited. Rightous Glory and Deadmans do.
