Are there different "Skin Teams" working on both 975 and 750s? Because I'm getting sick of these half-dozen low quality skins with none of the awesome art direction and particle effect improvements that occurred a year or two ago

Also why the fuck are you not giving Gentleman Gnar the full treatment?

Gentleman Gnar seems reasonably priced at 975 rp. He has complete change of the model, and reworked animations for some of his skills. The splash art is also gorgeous.
