[JINX SKIN IDEA]

Soooooo. Jinx smiles just like Shaco . Just like The Joker. Also just like The Joker's sidekick, Harley Quinn. This gave me an idea about Jinx.

MAKE HER A CLOWN SKIN. Or at least a SURPRISE PARTY JINX.

PASSIVE: when she get a kill/assist, confetti along with the sound that party horns make comes out and Jinx gains speed Q: powpow (machine gun) shoots juggling balls, fishbone (rocket launcher) shoots juggling pins that explode confetti W: the laser gun is actually a SNAKE IN A CAN that launches a toy snake at people E: the snare grenades are actually JACK IN THE BOX that wraps itself around champions thus snaring (or silly strings that snares too) R: shoots a giant pie, giving everyone nightmares and exploding in confetti and balloons and decorated with a smoke pictured like a clown
