why captain mf is 975 rp if she dont have any new particles?
one more time riot not following what she said on skins price rework when they said clearly that 975 skins have new animations and particles.

Since the Miss Fortune update was minor (minor visual updates and gameplay tweaks), she wasn't receiving a new recall animation. We felt that giving Captain Fortune a recall animation was a good opportunity here because, as it currently stood, only her Arcade Skin had one. In addition, this recall fell in nicely with the lore/Burning Tides event. (She shoots an orange... Gangplank is dead, you know the story).
As for her particles, we felt that her updated particles worked well with the thematic of the Captain Fortune skin.
Per the skin tier list, a 975 RP skin -
Features: new model, new texture, new splash image. Sometimes includes: new animations, visual effects, and sounds where appropriate for the skin's theme.
IMO Captain Fortune should've been her new base skin as per VU, updated lore and login screen and her current base skin should've been a Traditional skin.
She has a backing animation.
I think that's why, kinda dumb imo, but that's why.
I'm still regretting my decision of buying Mistletoe Leblanc. Every Christmas skin released at the same time as hers had new animations. I remember Heimer was one, don't remember the other one. So, I naturally thought she would have new animations. Sike. It would have been so simple too :( Change Q to a snowball/snowflake and change E to a mistletoe vine. Maybe have her W release a small cloud of snow when she landed.
The skin itself is rather gorgeous though.
