Can we give veigar's laugh on kill back?
i dont know why they removed it from him, probably the most powerful nerf on him

I don't see why not. This was only on ult kill before right? I think this was probably just an accidental oversight.
Because Ahri mains didnt like to be laughed at.
If Singed gets a laugh every flip, Veigar at least gets to laugh when he kills someone with his ult.
it went away when they replaced their sound engine. a rioter said they'd "look into it" like about a month before his changes (which obviously nothing's happened yet feelsbadman)

I agree with this. Evil characters should laugh when they asplode people. It's just a fact of the universe.
In a related note, Darius should also laugh when he dunks someone to death. Because dunking people is funny.
