Vision: A new type of support who rather than uses cc or healing uses a different type of tactic (vision control)

Base stats

health 512 - 2092 health regen 5.1 - 19.7 mana 430 - 1610 mana regen 11.1 - 18.2 range 475 attack damage 58 - 113 attack speed .633 (+0% - 49%) armor 23 - 89 magic resist 24 - 101 move speed 330

Passive: Trinkets have a different effect for Ulana

Warding totem: Has unlimited charges but can only place one at a time

Sweeping lens: places a pink ward (60 second cooldown)

Oracle alteration: While Oracle alteration is off cooldown Ulana has vision of anything nearby that is invisible. Activate to place a pink ward (60 second cooldown)

Farsight Alteration: Reveals an area of the map for 6 seconds. (Note this has a 20 second cooldown)

Sightstone: Sightstone charges recharge at a rate of 1 ward per minute. Destroying an enemy ward grants 1 charge.

Q: Enhancement totem: Gives a buff to a ward or places a marker (12 second cooldown)

Stealth ward: If an enemy comes near the ward the ward will explode destroying itself and leave a mist dealing 40/70/110/140/180 (+20% AP) magic damage over 6 seconds. During this time their damage is reduced by 30% and they are revealed.

Pink wards: When an enemy gets close it will let off a shockwave that will slow nearby enemies by 80% for 3 seconds and deal 50/85/130/165/210 (+40% AP) magic damage. Enemies stuck are revealed for 6 seconds. This ward is not destroyed when it shockwaves, but will not be able to shockwave again unless rebuffed.

Marker: After an ally stands on the marker it will activate after a short delay and give that champion 5/10/15/20/25 (+10% AP) armor, magic resist, AP, and AD for 5 seconds and then the marker is destroyed. That ally cant receive another marker for 1 minute. An enemy can stand on the marker to destroy it.

W: Places a Totem on the ground with 1/2/3/4/5 health (28/26/24/22/20 second cooldown) Allies standing within 800 units of the totem gain 200/250/300/350/400% base health regen and gain a rapidly growing shield (just like the old towers used to but while in comat). The shield decays when not standing within 800 units.

E: Pulse charge:

First cast: Ulana gains 20/30/40/50/60% damage reduction for up to 4 seconds and slows her movement speed by 70%. 15% of the damage dealt (before resistances and damage reduction) to the Ulana during this time is stored

Second cast: Release a pulse that gains power the longer it was charged, knocking enemies back and dealing magic damage Minimum damage 30/50/80/120/180 (+40% AP) + damage stored Maximum damage 70/120/175/250/310 (+60% AP) + damage stored

R: Alone in the dark Ulana releases a pulse that reaches 3000 units. All enemies hit by the pulse can only see what they could see as if they were standing in the fog of war (cannot gain vision from towers, wards, allies, or minions). Also enemies cannot see their allies, for 6 seconds. This reveals the 3000 unit area for Ulana's team and Ulana becomes stealthed for 6 seconds.

I like that you want a support that plays with vision, I really do. League needs a vision-based support. (However, I don't think this is the way to do it. I am biased, you see (this isn't final). (My own designs aren't final.)

I don't like seeing her abilities play with wards. Interacting with wards directly is too easy. Of all the ways that Riot could play with sight, you make her power, her special ability, her unique magic within the world of Runterra giving wards bonus effects? Xypherous calls wards 'sight sticks', because, as he points out, the visual analogy of 'wards' are, in fact, sight sticks. He calls them 'unmanned watchtower - does nothing but win.' And now you're making them win-more, since your champion buffs them in ways that the enemy has very little way to counterplay. These things are like traps, but traps are incredibly frustrating without delays or countdowns.

Her passive just modifies wards, trinkets, and SS, her Q modifies them further or gives a bunch of stats to an ally, her W gives her free wards that heal and shield, and I think her E would feel frustrating for her, or terrible for her enemy. Her R is the best part of her kit, and the effect you're describing is called nearsighting.

IDK, I think you hit on something, but it could be so much more.
