Shen should be able to cast ult on enemies and explode from within them, dealing 100% hp true damage so he can better fit his ninja/assassin role

There is too much counter play to that, What if there is a Zilean on the team, a tryndmier? Maybe they get GA? You need to make it bypass all of that, like fountain damage!

We felt Zed didn't live up to the dream of being a true master of the shadows, so his W no longer has a Cooldown and can spawn multiple shadows. He can switch places with the shadows by clicking on them.

He's not a jungler, in any way, shape or form, if you are jungl-ing Zed you are doing it wrong. He I mid or sometimes top lane. Also he will never get a buff, he is already one of the strongest and most complex mids in the game.

make his Q apply on hit effects to all targets meaning he can abuse iceborn gauntlet on every target hit. also make his ult global because when you see zed missing hes definitely not near u already activating his yommous. he needs more mobility
