Champion Idea: A "Melisandre" Old Witch Champion that Steals Youth

Now that we've been getting champions like Kayn that evolve over the course of the game, I feel like this allows for a lot of creativity in champion design.

So, there is a lack of old women champions in League because thematically they wouldn't have enough appeal. However, what if there was some kind of mechanic where kills would return her youth and make her into a youthful beauty (while gaining new abilities). Or maybe she'd be like some kind of vampire esque champion that needs kills every so often to maintain her youth.
