Will of the Ancients Return Item Concept

I remember Will of the Ancients being one of my favorite items, especially way back in the day when I played Fiddlesticks a lot. Well, now that it's been removed, I thought "why not make an item concept for a return of it that can fit into today's League?"

Also, I don't really like that Athene's has been reworked into a support item with no mage equivalent to get that awesome passive, so that's where I got some of this from.

Will of the Ancients: Build Path: item 3028 + item 3113 + X Gold Stats: +60 AP, +7% Movement Speed, +80% Base Mana Regen

Unique Passive: Harmony: Identical to Chalice: grants bonus % Base Health Regen equal to your bonus % Base Mana Regen Unique Passive: The Ancient Ones: Grants up to 30 bonus Ability Power and 40% Base Mana Regen depending on how long it's been since you last died, granting 5 AP and 5% Base Mana Regen every 30 seconds that you've been alive, giving the cap after 3 minutes. Resets to 0 on death.

Problem with WotA was 20% spell vamp. Coupled with item 3065 Morgana = 50% spell vamp. Needed extreme burst to kill her. Vladimir = OMFG!!! I'm so annoyed, tank Vlad is getting pentakills because he's healing more than Draven item 3072 and he's a tank.

Now item 3033 item 3165 summoner 14 are 100% necessary in every match again.

Edit: Actually read your post, that item isn't appealing. For what reason would you take it over normal build?

Why would we take this if we already have item 3027 and item 3285. It looks like a very weakened but faster hybrid of them both, without Mana or Health and less AP. Since the additional AP and M-Regen go away once you die (unlike RoA, which stays with you even if you die), it won't be worth it and other items will overshadow it by their usefulness.
